Guest lecturer for "Project lead and Innovation Management"
B. Eng.: Textiletechnology and Management

MBA: Master of Business Administration

After my studies in textiletechnology and management I started working in the sales department of a midsized automotive supplier. Shortly after I was able to take over englis speaking markets and take care of international customers.
A few years later, I decided to grow my knowledge and take the next step by education myself with an MBA at WHU Vallendar.
Thereafter I worked in consulting in process optimization for diverse automotive producers and suppliers. Then I was given the opportunity to work in the team of the CEO of one of the most successful german machinery companies. Here I could build up a small team around me.

Since 2015 I am selfemployed and can mostly choose the projects I am working on. Preferably in the field of materials. Since my educational background is quite holistic and general, I have good methodical knowledge e.g. in processes. This is always combined with hands-on experience and practical solutions. I support projects ideally in a strategic, but also operative way.
Theses are ideal circumstances to really reach targets.
At Reutlingen university I teach "project management and innovations". I like developing young people ans support their growth.
In my free time I prefere to spend time with my family and friends. Sports play an important role in my life and every year I try to run one half-marathon.

Our team at uniqmat is small - it is important that everybody has a passion for materials but also project management. People is what counts - in our projects and within our own team.
In order to be up to date we constantly work on our own knowlege and keep on learning and discovering new methods. We do workshops to increase our knowledge regularly.

To be flexible now and in the future we work within our network of freelancers for bigger projects.
